Maryland Fencing Club will host a single weapon team tournament the April 12-13 weekend. This tournament is open to ALL fencers born in the years 1999-2006. MDFC fencers must register via E-MAIL (not on AskFred) by Friday, April 4.
Saturday, April 12, 1pm - Youth Epee Team
Sunday, April 13, 1pm - Youth Saber Team
To register by e-mail, send the following information to info@marylandfencing.com:
Fencer's First and Last Name, Year of Birth, and which events (Epee, Saber, or both).
The registration deadline is Friday, April 4. After all registrations are received, teams will be determined. Teams will be comprised of 3 fencers (and possibly with 1 substitute fencer, depending on the number of entries). Entry fee will be $10 per fencer for Maryland Fencing Club fencers. Other clubs have been invited to send teams as well. Trophies will be awarded. This tournament counts as a practice tournament for earning ranks.
This tournament is open to all fencers, including elementary and middle school beginners.
