Membership is required. Please join the USFA, if needed, prior to the tournament. This tournament will be conducted on grounded strips within a gymnasium similar to the one used by Iron Works' Grinder series. Hope Charter is only about 10 minutes from downtown Winter Garden where there is a plethora of shopping, dining and an award-winning farmer's market! No event with fewer than 5 entries will be fenced. No events with fewer than 8 entries will include direct eliminations. Points will be awarded for the top 4 positions in each event (3 points for 1st, 2 points for 2nd and 1 point for both 3rds). ZERO TOLERANCE FOR POOR CONDUCT. This applies to spectators, fencers and coaches. All referees and administrators deserve respect and patience for doing a tough job. Masks, body cords and mask cords will be checked by the armorer. Proper fencing attire is required for safety. Payment is required to complete your registration. The processing fee is non-refundable, unless your event is cancelled. Any event fees will be promptly refunded if you are unable to attend or fence for any reason. We all want more low-cost, nearby, and efficient tournaments on the calendar. Such tournaments require planning, labor and constant attention. It isn't fair to sign-up and then not show-up.
