Please note the venue change. Events will be Men's and Women's. If fewer than 6 women pre-register (by close of pre-registration 9 PM August 25th), the Men's event will become Mixed. USFA rules apply.
The change from past years is an experiment. We have always held Mixed events. Due to the number of requests, we will offer Women's events, provided enough women pre-register.
The Awards Banquet will be held at Villa Capri. No awards will be given before the banquet. Like the past two years, the banquet will consist of two dishes. Diners may have both if they wish. The choices so far are Steak Borolo, which was served last year, and a seafood dish to be determined.

Cost for the banquet and one weapon is $55. Each additional weapon is $10. The price for each additional plate at the banquet is $40 (not $35 as originally written on the CLFC Web site). If you are unable to attend the banquet, fencing will be $35 for one weapon.

Hotels:
The Hampton Inn in Seabrook (which was built not very long ago) is offering a rate for fencers of $85 for a single or double room with King size beds. The price includes a complimentary hot breakfast (I'll let you know what it is when I find out), use of the pool and exercise room, and free internet access. Their phone number is 281-532-9200.
There is also a Quality Inn across the street from the Villa Capri. Their information will be posted shortly.
