Venue: Jowers Gym on the campus of Texas State University, 700 Aquarena Springs Drive, San Marcos, TX 78666. PREREGISTRATION CLOSES at MIDNIGHT on March 21st, 2013. SCHEDULE: Times listed are the CLOSE of registration! Pools will begin AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after close - please arrive in time for gear check and warmup! SATURDAY: Senior Mixed Epee- One Touch Event- Registration opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 7:30 a.m. You MUST preregister. No Walk-Ins. Fencing to begin at 8 a.m. Senior Mixed Foil - 9:00 AM Senior Women’s Foil - 12:00 PM Senior Mixed Sabre - 1:00 PM Senior Women's Sabre - 2:00 PM SUNDAY: Senior Mixed Epee - 9:00 AM Senior Women's Epee - 12:00 PM C & Under Mixed Epee - 2:00 PM FEES: Non-USFA One Touch Epee- $10. You MUST preregister for this event. No walk-ins. $25 registration plus $10 per event when PREREGISTERED. $25 registration plus $20 per event when a WALK-IN. Cash or checks accepted at the door for pre-registrants and walk-ins. If you would like to pay cash, exact change is encouraged for a speedy check in. Make checks payable to Texas State Fencing Club or TSFC. Current USFA membership is required for all events. USFA memberships will be available at the door. Memberships are paid directly to USFA. Please bring a separate payment for your entry fees and USFA membership. Foreign fencers must provide proof of membership in an FIE member federation, or purchase competitive USFA membership at the door. Waiver of Liability: Signed waivers of liability are required to fence and will be available at the door. They can be downloaded prior to arrival at: http://www.SouthTexasDivision.org All those under 18 years of age must have the signature of a PARENT or GUARDIAN, NOT A COACH.
