South Texas Divisional Qualifers

What: Div II, III, Vet., and Y-14 Qualifers for 2013 Summer Nationals. This is a USFA event. USFA membership is required and all USFA rules apply (including that pesky new foil bib). Where: Austin Fencers' Club Red River Church Gymnasium 4411 Red River Austin TX 78751 The Red River Church is located at the corner of Red River and 45th Street Austin, TX. The gym is the two story building in the corner of the large parking lot. The entrance to the parking lot is on 45th Street. When: April 6th, 2013 Cost: IF you preregister on askFRED.net: $30 registration plus $15 per event. IF you don't preregister on askFRED.net: $30 registration plus $30 per event Prepayment is NOT required, merely preregistration. NOTE: IF fencing is NOT required to determine a qualifying spot, that event will not be fenced (i.e. 3 or fewer fencers). All fencers must still show up and pay, as we are required to allow walk-ins. Anticipated close of fencing will be posted; however, because that is just a ballpark guess, the meeting will start at the close of fencing regardless of the projected time. ANTICIPATED CONCLUSION OF FENCING: Between 6 and 6:30 PM. All fencers must have a signed waiver. Those under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian, NOT a coach! SUMMER NATIONAL QUALIFYING INFORMATION - Divisionals will only qualify fencers for Div II/III, Vet, and Y14. Div IA and Team are not handled by your division and the information is provided as a courtesy only.
