What: 2012 OLYMPIAN Epee Holiday & Party Awards (Kick Scooters, MP3 Players, Sport Watches and other cool Electronics) will go to the top 4 fencers in each event. Best Footwork per event Fanciest Touch per event When: Saturday, December 29, 2012 Where: San Antonio Fencing Center 435 Isom Rd., #208 San Antonio, TX 78216 Events & Close of Registration: o 9:30am Y10 Mixed Epee o 10:30am Y14 Mixed Epee o 11:30pm Y8 Mixed Epee (Y8 event maybe combined with Y10 if there are less than 4 fencers) o 12:00pm Y12 Mixed Epee o 1:00pm Senior Mixed Epee o 3:00pm Team Mixed Epee Tournament Fees: $35.00 ($25 OFC Members) First Event. $10.00 each additional event For More Information: Please email the tournament organizer at info@olympianfencingclub.com Important Event Information: Waiver is required: Please pre-print and bring waiver to event. Parent signature is required for fencers under the age of 18. Form will also be available at the door. Important Event Information & Format: * All fencers under 18 year of age MUST have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. * Awards will go to the top 4 fencers in each event. Best Footwork per event Fanciest Touch * 100% promotion to Direct Elimination to all events. * Team competition: Fencers will be drawn and each team will consist of 1 fencer from each age category. * Party will start after we finish the competition, please bring a dish of your choice if not you’ll start the competition with 3 RED CARDS! :))) Bring your happy face & get ready to party!!! Doors will open at 9:00am. Y14 Mixed Epee & Senior Mixed Epee will be a USFA sanctioned event and ratings will be awarded according to the USFA classification chart. USFA competitive membership is required. Preregistration opens on 09/09/2012. Preregistration closes on midnight 12/28/2012.
