Registration Closes at 10PM ET the Friday before the event.
Events Scheduled (close of registration) for Sunday, 3/3:
Y10 Women's Foil 8:00 am
Y10 Men's Foil 8:00 am
Y12 Men's Foil 10:30 am
Y12 Women's Foil 11:15 am
Y14 Men's Foil 1:00 pm
Y14 Women's Foil 1:45 pm
The above times are NOT start times! Events generally start fencing about 30 minutes after close of registration. First events of the day may start sooner.
Doors open about 45 minutes before the close of registration for the first event.
Fencers planning to fence two age groups are advised there will be some overlap between events (for example, you may have to fence some Y12 DE bouts during your Y14 pool if you're doing well in the Y12s). Directors are used to this and will not scratch your bouts if you're fencing in the other event; however, fencing in two events is your choice - please be ready to fence a few bouts in a row if need be to keep your events moving.
Location & Parking

Entry & Eligibility
$35 pre-registered on AskFred / $50 walk-ins at the door. We encourage you to pre-register.
You must belong to the USFA or another FIE federation with proof of membership in order to compete. Join or renew at http://usfencing.org/us-fencing-membership. If you need to join the USFA on-site, you will need a separate check or credit card # for their form. For the $20 one-day membership option, you MUST complete the membership online at usfencing.org ahead of time and bring your e-mail confirmation with you.
National age eligibility requirements will be enforced; however, fencers with points in the next lower age category who do not otherwise meet age eligibility are allowed to fence; e-mail email@example.com to request addition to the competition. (For instance, a fencer with Y12 points will be allowed to fence Y14.)
This is a USFA and Metropolitan Division sanctioned event. Ratings will be awarded where earned. However, note that for youth events, a C or higher event rating is necessary for classifications to be earned.
Please bring a check or cash if you don't prepay using AskFred; no credit cards accepted at the door for entry fees.
No refunds! If you need to withdraw for any reason, you must notify us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) by noon on Sat, 3/2, to receive a credit for a future event.
