That means that registration at the door is $35 instead of $25. Individual events Registration Advance (before September 20, 2012): $25 At the door: $35 Event Fees: $15 per event $10 of the individual registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any requests for refunds due to outstanding and unusual circumstances are at the discretion of the organizers and will be processed after the tournament. EVENTS WITH FEWER THAN 4 FENCERS WILL NOT BE FENCED. IN THE EVENT THAT AN EVENT IS NOT HELD, PREPAID FEES WILL BE REFUNDED. AWARDS Top Eight each event First Place in Mixed Open Epee event: Wired FIE Epee Blade First Place C & Under Open Mixed Epee event: Epee Complete (Non-FIE) TOURNAMENT ORGANIZATION All events will be fenced electrically. Masks, and body cords will be subject to equipment control. Original seeding will be based on National Rating (e.g., A03, B01, C04, etc) with appropriate use of National Rolling Points (it is the fencer's responsibility to inform the organizers if they are on the NRPS). One round of pools will be fenced; 100% promoted to DE's of 15 touches (2 out of 3 five touch bouts for Y12). Initial seeding, seeding after pools and final placements will be posted in the venue. Fencers are responsible for verifying the posted lists, and signing their pool and DE sheets. USFA MEMBERSHIP Fencers must be a USFA or FIE Member. Proof of membership is required - USFA membership forms will be available at the tournament. If you do not have proof of membership, you will be required to complete and pay for a membership. Fencers are reminded they need the signature of a parent or guardian (not a coach) on the membership form. Payment for memberships is made directly to the USFA (bring separate checks for the tournament and membership). WAIVER OF LIABILITY The North Texas Division Waiver of Liability is required to be filled out and signed (minors must have it signed by parent or guardian - not a coach!).
