New England Division USFA (NEUSFA) will hold the 24th Annual Pomme de Terre fencing tournament at Brandeis University on June 16 & June 17, 2012.

REMINDER: Event Restrictions: You may fence in only one individual event and/or one team event per day. If you are in both an individual and team event on the same day, you MUST present yourself at the appropriate strip when called. Team events may not be fenced out of order.
FORMAT: Team events will be 45-touch relay format, direct-elimination, similar to US Nationals format.
Team Events - Individual medals to top 3 teams.
COST
$75 per team event.
Team registration closes on June 2, 2012.
Payment is required with registration; unpaid preregistrations will be periodically deleted.
Your team roster does not need to be finalized by the registration deadline, but we request that you provide this information before the event.
Fencers who are only participating in a team event do not need to pay the individual registration fee; however there will be no free t-shirt for this category of participation.

Check In will begin at 7AM each morning.
If you are only fencing on Sunday you are encouraged to have your weapons checked on Saturday; please come after 1PM for this.
ELIGIBILITY
Birth year 1998 or earlier. In any tournament where children can fence with adults, the fencer must be 13 by January 1 of the competition season (August - July).
All fencers must be a member of the USFA or of the fencing federation of their country (e.g., the CFF)
Please bring proof of membership. If you intend to join the USFA specifically to participate in this event, it is best to bring your paperwork and join when you check-in.
Canadian fencers: We are aware that the CFF no longer provides you with a 'passport' or other proof of membership. We will use the CFF website to validate your membership when you register.

If you are planning to stay at the hotels associated with the Pomme De Terre, the date for making hotel reservations for the pomme is May 17, 2012. Rooms will be let go after that and no guarantees of rate or space.
