"Z Fencing Los Angeles (http://www.zfencinglosangeles.com)" fencing club will be hosting the third "Z Southern California Sabre Cup".
Venue: Z Fencing Los Angeles; located at Dance Conservatory of Pasadena - 496 S Arroyo Parkway, Pasadena CA 91105. Look for "USA Fencing" sign on the north bound side of the street. Across the street from Whole Foods Market.
Parking: Onsite parking is available but may be limited. Overflow parking is available at the two shops north of the venue. Park at the "Dry Cleaner" located on 450 S Arroyo Parkway Pasadena CA 91105. Street parking is also available. In case your car maybe blocking others at the venue/overflow parking, we will be asking for your car information (e.g. make/model/color/plate) when you check-in at the event so that we can make announcements as needed.

Registration: Event is open to all Divisions. askFRED pre-registration kindly requested but not required. Online pre-registration will close 6/23/12. Proof of USFA membership is required. If you had a recent ratings change, please bring a copy of ratings change form. USFA membership enrollment forms will be available onsite. New USFA membership is effective until July 2013. Senior event is sanctioned by the USFA SoCal Division and ratings are awarded. (Y10 - birth years 2001-2004; Y12 - birth years 1999-2002; Y14 - birth years 1997 - 2000; Senior - born 1998 or earlier)
Waiver: Forms are available for download on askFRED. Please complete and bring to the tournament. Additional copies will be available at the venue.

* Please arrive early (60 min before check-in close) to allow time to park and get settled. If you are expecting to run few minutes beyond check-in close, please call 213-321-0683.
Fees: $15 for first event, $10 for each additional event payable (cash/check) at the door. If a check is bounced, there will be an additional $6 fee.
Format: Women's event with less than 6 fencers will be combined with Men's event. 100% promotion to direct elimination round. Self directing for Senior event. Youth events will be directed by Senior event participants. Four electric strips. Large events maybe done in two flights.
Armorer/Equipment: Masks will be checked and underarm protector will be required. Y10 events require #0 (30") or #2 (32") blades. Sam Signorelli from HOM Fencing Supply will be onsite.
Food: Beverages and snacks will be on sale. Whole Foods supermarket across the street.
Pets: Only allowed in the parking lot area and not inside the fencing area
