Western Canadian Championships

The BCFA welcomes all CFF and USFA fencers to the Western Canadian Championships! Must be member of the CFF, USFA or equivalent National Fencing Federation to be eligible to compete. Entry Fees Registration Fee:$25 USD Event Fee (per event): Youth (y12, y14): $15 USD. Cadet: $20.00 USD. Junior: $25.00 USD. Senior: $30.00 USD. Veterans: $30.00 USD. Late Registration Policy: Anyone that decides to register after the deadline (April 29, 2011 - 11:00 pm) will face the following penalty fees: Registration Fee: $50.00 USD Event Fee: $75.00 per event regardless of age. Equipment Requirements: All fencers must wear proper / full fencing uniform (under plastron is required for all events). Fencers must have 2 weapons and 2 bodycords with them at all times on the piste. FIE Uniforms will not be required for any event. FIE Masks will be required only for all Senior and Veteran Events. Mask with foil bib will be required for all foil events. A mask check will be performed prior to your event at the equipment check table. Featuring live internet broadcast on www.sportswave.ca, featuring guest commentary and live interviews with winning athletes. Accommodation: Radisson Hotel, 8181 Cambie Road Richmond. $119 per night - free shuttle to/from airport and venue. Complimentary Internet.
