2005 Plains Texas Division JO Qualifiers

This is the official Plains Texas Division Qualification Tournament for the USFA Junior Olympic Championships to be held in February, 2006. The location of this tournament is Fannin Middle School in Amarillo, Texas. COST: $10 registration fee plus $5 per event All Events will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2005. You must be born in the years 1986 to 1992 to compete in JUNIOR competitions. You must be born in the years 1989 to 1992 to compete in CADET competitions. EVENTS SCHEDULED Saturday: 12/3/05 at 8:30 a.m. Junior (U20) Men's Foil Junior (U20) Women's Foil Junior (U20) Men's Saber Junior (U20) Women's Saber Junior (U20) Men's Epee Junior (U20) Women's Epee After check-in, all fencers will be told the starting times of the respective Junior events, depending on the number of entries. Saturday: 12/3/05 at 1:30 a.m. Cadet (U17) Men's Foil Cadet (U17) Women's Foil Cadet (U17) Men's Saber Cadet (U17) Women's Saber Cadet (U17) Men's Epee Cadet (U17) Women's Epee After check-in, all fencers will be told the starting times of the respective Cadet events, depending on the number of entries. Preregistration opens on 08/01/2005. Preregistration closes on 12/02/2005. Any fencer who qualifies in a Junior Event (who is also eligible for Cadet competitions) becomes an automatic qualifier in the equivalent Cadet event and does not need to compete in the respective Cadet qualifier.
