Our annual novice event, Spring Steel, is here! Spring Steel is a great opportunity for newer fencers to get a taste of competition in a relaxed environment. All fencers will be able to compete against others of similar skill and experience.

Our annual novice event, Spring Steel, is here! Spring Steel is a great opportunity for newer fencers to get a taste of competition in a relaxed environment. All fencers will be able to compete against others of similar skill and experience. This novice tournament is open to all beginner fencers who have not yet competed, or has been less than one year since your first USFA event. If you aren't sure if you qualify, e-mail alex@omahafencingclub.org. Spring Steel will be held May 28th at Montclair Community Center. Close of registration for events is 11:30am. Registration Fee: $20 We will accept Cash and Check on-site the day of. We encourage pre-payment via PayPal (or credit card via PayPal). Payment link will be sent out to participants prior to date of registration. Please do not wear black soled / marking shoes.
