The USFA requires all fencers to show a birth certificate or other government-issued identification as proof of age. Any government issued document with name and date of birth is acceptable. This includes passports, birth certificates, or even report cards from public schools, provided they have the DOB on them. Please have such proof ready at check-in. Copies are acceptable. On time Registration for this event closes 3/3/2007. Any registrations received between 3/3/2007 and 3/28/2007 will be subject to triple fees. Any registrations received after 3/28/2007 will be subject to triple fees and an additional $200 surcharge. Both hotels include complimentary hot breakfast with the rooms. To get these rates and the complimentary breakfast, please specify when booking that you are booking for the SYC. We will have armorers available at the hotels on Friday night to do equipment check (details on times will be posted on the website as we get closer to the event), and we ask that those of you with early events Saturday morning please avail yourself of the opportunity, as it will lead to less delays in the morning. Please note that there is NOT a shuttle. Fencers and their families are responsible for arranging transport from the hotel to the venue.
