Olympic Celebration Camp

FRED Announces the Olympic Celebration Fencing Camp This two days camp serves as preparation for USA Fencing Nationals Championships/July Challenge as well as preparation for the 2019-2020 fencing season. The Camp is target to ALL fencers who wants to advance their fencing skills - all ages are welcomed! The camp is lead by Margaret DeLong, Maitre d' Armes in Foil and Epee The Camp will be held at Salle De Long Fencing Center of El Paso Located at 3525 Pershing Dr, El Paso, TX 79903 The space is limited and early registration will guarantee you a spot to insure the quality of the camp. The camps hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday. The camp will end with a swimming pool party and cookout at coach Margaret's residency. The Camp fee is $120 (2 days), $80 (1 day). $50 non-refundable when you sign up. Please bring payments to the venue - cash, check or credit card. Camp's schedule: 9:00 am - 10:00 am - Strength & Conditioning training and Footwork Drills 10:00 am - 11:00 am - Technical and Tactical actions 11:00 am - 12:00 pm- Drills scenarios, strip tactics, open fencing and one-and-one with coaches in foil and epee 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - Role playing fencing bouting In addition, private lessons with coaches are also available.
