Train with 2 time foil Olympic Champion, World Champion, 4 time European Champion and FIE referee committee member Ilgar Mamedov
Former neighborhood kids, lifelong childhood friends, teammates and just a good coaches Ilgar Mamedov., Bakhit Abdikulov and Mikhail Sarkisov getting together for the week of training camp in Chicago.
The coaches:
• Ilgar Mamedov - 2 times foil Olympic Champion, World Champion, 4 times European Champion and FIE referee committee member.
• Bakhyt Abdikulov – Coach of Chicago Lakeshore Athletic Club, University of Chicago and University High Laboratory School. 17 years of coaching experience in USA, 1993-1995 National junior coach of Mexican foil team.
• Mikhail Sarkisov – USSR 1985 National Champion, 2004 Developmental Coach of the Year by US. Olympic Committee, Head coach of Grand Rapids Fencing Academy.
This 3 weapons co-ed camp with the emphasis on foil training. Whether you are getting ready for NY Senior World Cup or just would like to increase you fencing skills and learn for the top fencing masters this camp is for you.
Senior, Junior, Cadets and Youth fencers are invited for this camp and eligible for the registration. The fencers will be separated in the groups by the age or experience or both
SCHEDULE:
There will be 2 practices per day, every day of the camp except Friday. We will have only one an extended morning practice on Friday.
Tentative daily schedule is below:
* The bus will be departing from the hotel every morning @9:15 AM
* 10 AM - 12 AM - First Practice
* 12 AM - 1 PM - Lunch
* 1 PM - 4 PM - Second Practice
* The bus will be departing back to hotel after the last practice @ 4:30PM
On Friday, June 18 we will have one extendent practice from 10AM to 2PM. We will adjourn for the short lunch during this time.
From 2 PM to 3 PM - It is a sad time to say GOODBUY to our fencers. This will time for souvenirs, photos and hugs. At this time we are welcome parents to ask any questions and get feedback from the coaches.
PRICE:
The cost is $650 for the entire week. We offer 50% family discount for the second child.
If participants elected “no accommodation/meals (i.e. commuters), we are offering up to %25 discount on the tuition.

To APPLY, return the Health Form/Liability Waiver, AND a $100.00 Registration fee, by June 7, 2010. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
